Realyser is an application to help in the normalisation of QPCR data. It's main features are:
- Import of data from ABI QPCR machines (other formats may be added later)
- Annotation of data files with gene and sample information
- Uses the GNorm technique to select the best controls for your data
- Performs the normalisation of non-control genes
- Exports normalised data for futher analysis in other programs
